Once my laboratory sample is approved, how long will it take to manufacture and fill my product?

Depending upon order size. We estimate 4-6 weeks depending on the availability of all your ingredients and receiving packing materials. We can fast-track in certain cases.
What is the minimum order quantity OFS will accept?

Our goal is to provide excellent service and offer flexibility to your business and its new projects, by our low MOQs.
How do I get samples?

In most cases, we offer samples at no charge! If you wish to obtain more samples, or formulation then we discuss your needs accordingly.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a 50% deposit before any filling begins.
What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept business checks, personal checks, ACH wire transfer, all major credit card companies, and cash.
How is freight estimated?

Freight is F.O.B. Canoga Park, California. Customers are responsible for arranging all shipping and covering costs.
